You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. You may request closure of your pakrom account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved. pakrom reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, irregular betting behaviour, or failure to complete KYC verification.
pakrom accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within 90 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are processed within the same business day subject to banking hours.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pakrom does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Before any withdrawal is processed, the account must have passed full KYC verification. pakrom aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.
Withdrawal Policy: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw funds while an active bonus is in play will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
The pakrom platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pakrom does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges, for which pakrom accepts no liability. For USDT TRC20 transactions, standard blockchain network fees apply.
pakrom may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any funds derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered using eligible games within a defined time period. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.
pakrom reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close any account where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player or group of players has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies, collusion between accounts, and any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.

pakrom does not guarantee the uninterrupted, error-free availability of the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may affect platform availability. Where a technical failure directly caused by pakrom results in a financial loss to a player, pakrom will investigate the matter and apply a remedy at its reasonable discretion, consistent with its obligations under the applicable gaming licence.

pakrom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
